The London St Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) statistics reported that the average residential property in my trading area sold for $330,037 as of the end of 2017.
They also reported that properties sold on average for 100% of their asking price.
I sold the listings I took under contract for 106% of the asking price, and based on the average sale price in 2017, for a residential property in our trading area of $330,037, that's $19,802 more than the average Realtor got for their listings.
Statistically, according to the London St Thomas Association of Realtors, properties that sold in my trading area took on average 29 days to sell in 2017. However properties listed with Joyce Byrne sold in only 6 days!
According to the Local Association of Realtors, there were 14,301 properties listed for sale in 2017 but only 11,203 sold.
This means that only 78% of all the properties listed for sale actually sold!
In contrast, we sold 99% of all the properties we had listed for sale!!! In fact, only 1 of the properties we marketed for sale for the listing period did not sell in 2017!
On average, a Realtor with the Local Association of Realtors (and there are just over 1600 members of the Association according to LSTAR's stats) was involved in only 7 transactions last year! The average Realtor in the United States was involved in only 12 transactions. Joyce Byrne's Team was involved in 70 transactions.
My team has over 50 years of combined real estate related experience. The average Realtor in North America has only 10 years experience!
