- Designing draft of property Feature Sheet
- Preparing Mortgage Info Sheet
- Compiling our Exclusive Homebook with the Land Survey, School and Area Information, Utility Bills, brochures, manuals, receipts for work done etc.
- Uploading the property information to our website, which is Canada's Most Complete Real Estate Site
- Advertising the property for sale with a "Coming Soon" banner on all our advertising
- Pre Marketing on Social Media Platforms
- Verifying all the above information with you for accuracy
This plan is designed to build excitement and create pent up demand among buyers and Realtors! We receive calls and inquiries so we can test market the asking price. We set up appointments in advance so once the property is ready to be shown there are a number of buyers lined up to see it... which will mean multiple offers and a higher sale price!!
