EVERY TIME an agent requests a showing of one of our properties, our exclusive feedback form is sent to their attention.
That salesperson, in turn, completes the form and sends it back to us after their showing. If we don't receive this form back within 48 hours (excluding weekends), we call the sales representative and ask how the showing went.
This feedback strategy is particularly helpful to our sellers, as it lets them know what potential buyers' and their agent's reactions and opinions are concerning their home. We may receive feedback on the price and condition, as well as suggestions on improvements.
Sometimes they have questions about the property that, once answered, can lead to a sale! It also gives us a chance to "sell" the property to other professionals by highlighting & reinforcing some of the features and benefits of our sellers' homes.
